We understand changes can happen in scheduling. We will offer a full refund if the cancellation is made within 7 days after purchase, less processing fees. After 7 days, the tickets can be transferred to another person. This policy is in effect until March 31st 2025, after which there will be no refunds given, only transfers.
ClimateTech Connect is committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone. We expect all attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and staff to adhere to the following Code of Conduct throughout the event and its related activities.

- Treat everyone with respect and courtesy, regardless of their demographics, backgrounds, or opinions.
- Refrain from discriminatory language and behavior, including harassment, bullying, and microaggressions.
2. Harassment-Free Environment
- Harassment, including but not limited to offensive comments or jokes related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability, physical appearance, or body size, is not tolerated.
3. Safety and Well-being
- Follow all safety directives from event staff and venue management.
- Report any concerning or unsafe behavior to event staff immediately. [Include information on how to report issues, such as a designated email or phone number.]
4. Alcohol and Substance Use
- Consume alcohol responsibly and in accordance with any event-specific policies. Illegal drugs are prohibited.
5. Respect for Venue and Property
- Treat all event facilities and properties with care. Dispose of waste properly and be mindful of shared spaces.
- Follow any additional guidelines communicated by the venue.
6. Participation and Engagement
- Be open and inclusive in discussions, respecting diverse viewpoints.
- Ask for consent before capturing video or photos of other attendees, when necessary.
7. Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
- Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.
- Depending on the severity or continued breaches, disciplinary actions may include expulsion from the event without refund, reporting to security or local authorities, or banning from future events.
8. Accessibility
- Be accommodating to those with accessibility needs by keeping pathways clear and offering assistance where appropriate.
